Mrs. Patience Lamisi Adam

Director, Partnerships and Programmes

Patience Lamisi Adam is a dedicated development practitioner with over 8 years of progressive experience in program management, community development, gender and youth empowerment, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement across both local and international NGOs. She brings a strong track record of designing, implementing, and managing impactful programs that improve the lives of marginalized groups, particularly women, girls, and vulnerable youth. Patience has worked with both international and local NGOs, including Create Change Ghana, Jana Foundation, World Vision Ghana, Legal Resources Centre, and Innovations for Poverty Action.

At FamilyLink for Education, Patience leads program development and implementation, and coordinates multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Additionally, she manages field teams, facilitates capacity-building for field operators / volunteers, conducts needs assessments, manages partnerships, tracks outcomes through data-driven approaches, and delivers evidence-based reporting.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. In addition, she has earned professional certifications in Digital Monitoring Evaluationand Learning, Project Management, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University for Development Studies Business School in Tamale, Presbyterian University Ghana, and the Department of Psychiatry at Korle-Bu, respectively.

Mr. Gabriel Ahlen Johnson

Director, Information Technology (IT) and Publicity

Gabriel Johnson, the Director of IT and Publicity, operates at the intersection of innovation and impact. He is a results-driven IT Professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of driving organisational growth through  absolute reliability and system efficiency. Gabriel has held various leadership positions in Information Technology, including as the Chief Executive Officer at GAPTECH Shield and the President of Computing Science Students Association at Accra Institute of Technology. His approach focuses on agile problem-solving and adaptability.

At FamilyLink for Education, Gabriel combines his technical skills and operational strategies to ensure that every resource is optimally utilised in support of the NGO's mission.

He connects complex systems with engaging narratives to create a streamlined, high-impact organisation. He applies adaptive problem-solving and thorough performance monitoring to enhance both our technical infrastructure and public engagement.

Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), pursued at Accra Institute of Technology (AIT). In addition, he has earned the Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
